The book has shelf wear on the corners\edges, the front upper right corner of the cover has a crease on it. The inner edge of the cover has a small amount of separation from the spine, but it looks fine. The poster in the back of the book is still attached.

Sturdy and Functional

Sturdy and well-made. The drawers glide easily. Some other reviewers complained that the handles are hard to pull open, but I did not have that problem at all. I actually bought it to store my hair barrettes so that they stay nice. With the different compartments shapes, I was able to find places for thin, long barrettes, large bow barrettes, and long headbands. It is just perfect.
